With a combined 68 years of hands-on experience, DaNeil’s was founded on a shared passion for quality decorating, skilled craftsmanship, and doing the job right—every time.
Neil has been in the decorating trade for over 43 years, having started straight from school. His career has taken him across the UK, working on everything from traditional pub refurbishments to projects involving specialist wallpapers and detailed interior finishes. Neil is also a qualified tape and jointer, bringing a wide skillset and a wealth of practical knowledge to the business.
Daniel began his decorating journey 25 years ago and quickly made his mark in the industry. As a three-time Apprentice of the Year winner and recipient of the prestigious Livery Guild Award—recognising him as the best apprentice in Wales—his early career set the tone for a high standard of excellence.
Daniel spent 20 years at R&M Williams, working his way up from apprentice to Supervisor, and eventually to Contracts Supervisor, managing large-scale decorating projects across South Wales.
After working together for over a decade, Neil and Daniel launched DaNeil’s in 2021 with a clear goal: to offer a decorating service that combines traditional skill, modern methods, and a no-compromise approach to quality.
